At a Special Board Meeting held on August 6th, the Mead School Board voted unanimously to offer two learning options for families. The district will offer daily in-person learning for grades K-5 and a rotating in-person schedule for grades 6-12. Additionally, a full online-learning option is available for all grades.

I am proud of our community. This year was tough, and so many kids and families adapted and did the very best they could under the circumstances. I am a firm believer that our greatest moments of growth come from our greatest moments of struggle. We all grew and overcame adversity this year. It was hard to say goodbye to our students over the past several days. Northwood will be saying goodbye to two communities that we are attached to and love. Many Northwood students have an awesome adventure ahead of them as they form Highland Middle School or move on to Mead. We are excited to welcome Midway, Brentwood, and Farwell students to Northwood next year and start our own new adventure. -Troy Hughes
